Enjoy unlimited group training sessions at PHNX Fithouse Toronto with your monthly auto-renew package. This membership will be billed once a month (on your signup date). $150 + tax

Terms and Conditions:
1. Must provide proof of student membership to info@phnxfithouse.com within a week of purchasing membership
2. Minimum 3-month commitment or $100 cancellation fee
3. Must sign up at least 2 hours before class
4. Must give at least 10 hours notice to cancel a class
5. Late cancels (within the 10 hours) or no shows will result in a 25 dollar charge
6. Classes with less than 2 signups will be cancelled no more than 10 hours from scheduled class start.
7. Must give 2 weeks notice, before your next payment, to cancel or suspend your membership or $100 cancelation fee applies.
8. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies
9. Membership pricing only valid while still a student
10. Please arrive to class on time, those that are more then 5 minutes late are not guaranteed entry to class.
