This semi-private class focuses on progressively increasing strength in the muscles that support daily functional movements. Each participant receives individualized attention and a program tailored to their specific goals, providing the personal focus of one-on-one training within a small group setting.
• Personalized Plans: Each person will follow a customized program. If your goal is cutting body fat, David will create a unique fat-loss program for you, which will be displayed on the big board when you arrive.
• Strength Building: If you’re focused on increasing strength in movements like the bench press, squat, or deadlift, you’ll follow a pyramid training program tailored to you, with David providing spotting, technique coaching, and form corrections.
Monthly InBody Checkup: As part of this program, we will conduct an InBody checkup once every month to track your progress. These checkups will help monitor your body composition changes, ensuring you’re moving closer to your fitness goals, whether it’s losing fat, gaining muscle, or improving overall health.
