This membership gives FIVE clients 24/7 access to pace, cardio, strength, and agility equipment; use of the studio, clubhouse, functional turf area, and recovery area including water fountain, lockers, restrooms, massage chair, Hemlock Vital Sauna, and coffee bar.

This membership also includes 3 wellness sessions from the following options; tanning, red light therapy, and/or full spectrum sauna. These (3) sessions do not carry over, any of the three sessions not used within the purchased month are forfeited.

Quad memberships will automatically convert to Quad: AutoRenew membership that does not include the start up fees.
