Our Group Pilates classes are 50 minutes of full body athletic based Pilates. Our style of teaching is through a challenging and athletic Pilates workout. We will use weights, bands, balls and incorporate strength training exercises into your work out. This strength training reformer Pilates session is designed to increase mobility, strength, and change the overall appearance of the body. We want to make you sweat! Beginner classes available.
