Be guided to a peaceful mind through sound!  Recent studies show the vibrations for specific types of sound can create a calm.  Sound bowls are one of the oldest instruments on earth and we are bringing them into our guided meditation.  This is a free event that is open to the public.  We encourage a $5-$15 cash donation, but leave it to your discretion.
