•The package is valid for 7 months after purchase date.  
•Classes must be attended by package expiration date.  
•The package is non-refundable.  
•The package cannot be frozen or extended.  
•The package purchase is a contract with Joe’s Reformer Pilates and not with any specific instructor and not liable for refund if preferred instructor is unavailable.  
•24 hour cancellation policy applies.  All cancellations must be made online. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email.
