we go over the workbook first, This covers 5 months of training practices and all the merch included. Workbook, Jacket, & ring $15 each practice session.

and if there are any questions. It is your opportunity to practice your routine, ask questions, and get ideas from your instructor and fellow pole sisters.

As the competition gets closer we will each have score sheets and judge each other as a mock to prepare competitors for the event.
We are all here to help each other. (We do not Choreograph the routine for you during competition training; this is for practice only.)
Lastly, we will have a Competition Team Showcase before the competition at the studio to celebrate the competition Team.
