The Fitt 55 Membership is designed to build self-confidence by encouraging and building a love for movement and increasing your wellness. We tailor the fitness routines to build muscle, bone, strength and speed, at a level appropriate for your specific body. We work with people in their 50’s and older in much the same way that we work with kids and our regular population –with an insistence on near perfect mechanics. Only available at the Mt.
