Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, and drums are used to transport you into relaxation and far-off dream states. As you lay and relax, sound pours over your body and into your soul for a journey that sets your body at ease and realigns your vibrations, helping you along the path to harmony. Please bring with you your mat, a blanket, pillows, and anything else you need for comfort while lying on the wood floor of our beautiful studio space.
