Looking for an activity to do with your teen this summer? Or maybe they want to try something new? We now have a special monthly membership just for teens for the summer! They will have access to 4 different classes a week, with one specifically for teens only! The classes available to the Teen Membership are as follows:

Sundays: Heated Slow Flow, 3-4pm
Mondays: Gentle Flow, 12:30-1:30pm
Wednesdays: Teens Only Life Balance, 12:30-1:15pm
Thursdays: Unheated Slow Flow, 5:30-6:30pm
