-Access to both Doral and Midtown locations.

-You can cancel or change your auto-renew plan at any time logging into your account through our website www.purepowercycle.com or by contacting our Customer Service Team via email at hello@purepowercycle.com up to 5 days before your next billing date.

Reservation Policies:

-Booking: Classes can be reserved up to 7 days in advance through the Purepower Cycle app or website.
-Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled through the app or website.
-Cancellation Deadline: To avoid “late cancel” fees, reservations must be cancelled at least 3 hours prior to the class.
-Late Cancellation Fee: $5 (class will not be refunded).
-No-Show Fee: $10 (class will not be refunded).
-Punctuality: Please arrive on time.
-Entry is not guaranteed 10 minutes after the class starts.
