Classes are Mondays and Thursdays 8 - 9 pm.  Classes are non transferable to the next month. No contract/commitment beyond the 1 month. Class pass will auto renew. If you do not want it to auto renew you can cancel on your own.
You will learn takedown setups, finishing techniques and basic and advanced defense. This class is great for adults taking MMA, BJJ or former wrestlers looking to get back on the mat. You will need a USA wrestling card prior to joining the class. https://www.usawmembership.com/login
