Afterwards, This Membership is charged monthly and is for online classes only

You need to have a Facebook account.  Once you join the membership, you will be sent a link for the Facebook group which contains classes by Irina. You would need to request to join the group. If your facebook name is defferent from your legal name, please advise us so by email.

Most classes are Pilates with NO equipment, but some classes will have light weights, swiss ball, resistance bands or a roller.

The class description will tell you what to expect. Do as many classes as often as you like at any time.

Your membership will run until you cancel it.  There is no refund on the balance of membership if you cancel in the middle of your billing period.

How to cancel? You need to email your request dance@dancewhanganui.com  at least 1 week BEFORE your billing is due.  We will try to process the cancellation as quick as possible, but minimum 1 weekk notice is required.  You will then be removed from the group also.

ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.   All precaution is taken to make these online classes safe for all, however you are responsible for your own safetty at all times.  If unsure - skip the exercise.
 If dizzy, sore, experiencing weakness, cramps or other discomfort - discontinue the exercise.

Group rules:

1. This group is for prepaid members. Memberships are to be paid by direct debit and can be purchased through my website www.dancewhanganui.com

2. This group has a range of pre-recorded classes

3. This group will post at least 1 new class per week, exempt if Irina is away on holiday or unwell. There are plenty of pre-recorded classes to do in the meantime

4. Some classes will be using light weights, rollers , swiss balls or bands, but most classes require no equipment .

5. Please look at the titles of the videos to choose the correct one for you. You can post requests as well

7. Please note that if you cancel your membership, you will be removed from this group
