BUTI Yoga is designed to get you out of your head and into your body with an energetic and envigorating workout that blends dynamic asana with primal movement and strength & conditioning that moves stagnant energy and emotions out! Participants have described BUTI as “liberating, ” “empowering, ” and “addicting!”  This workshop includes an introduction to the core activation techniques utilized throughout BUTI,  a 60- minute BUTI class set to tribal grooves, and a healing meditation harnessing the powerful energy of the Equinox to balance, restore, and refocus your energy and activate your Divine Warrior Goddess within.
