Sweet 'N Sultry Studio: Purchase Agreement

By purchasing this pass, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pass Validity:

This pass expires 45 days after the purchase date.

Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued after purchase. Class credits of equal value may be issued in lieu of refunds.

Usage Restrictions:

Personal training or conducting one-on-one private lessons is strictly prohibited. Violators will be banned from the studio.

Independent Pole Practice:

Designed for refining pole techniques, transitions, and tricks learned in class. Suitable only for students with prior pole experience and knowledge of safety precautions.

Focus on practicing previously learned moves; do not attempt new moves for safety reasons.

Important Guidelines:

Advanced booking is required; no walk-ins permitted.

Maximum of 8 participants per session.

Attire must match that of regular pole or aerial classes.

Wireless headphones are recommended for personalized music (no studio speakers).

Recording your practice is allowed; obtain permission before filming others.

Live video chats are not permitted.

Only registered individuals may attend; do not bring unregistered guests.

Pass Extension Policy:

In the event you do not book classes, or you book and early cancel classes, and wish to extend your pass, you will be required to pay a pass extension fee.

Notify the studio via text to request an extension, and a debt will be placed on your account before the extension is granted.

Extension fees: $25 for 2 weeks or $35 for 3 weeks.

Cancellation Policy:

In-Studio Classes (instruction-based or open practice):

Cancel at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time to retain the class credit for future use.

Cancellations within 8 hours of the class start time result in the loss of the class credit. Credits will not be refunded, returned, or saved for later use.

Studio Access:

Doors open at the scheduled time, not earlier.

Students must vacate the studio on or before the scheduled end time.

By purchasing this pass, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
