No Show and Late Cancel Policy:
Level Up Fitness and Aerial Artistry has a Strict 6 hour cancellation policy.
In the event you fail to cancel a class through the app within 6 hours from the registered class start time you will AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED A Late Fee of $15 or No Show/No Cancellation Fee of $25 for the day to the draft information on file. If you are not a contract client, you will lose a class credit for EACH class that was no showed or late canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No refunds or credits will be provided and we are not responsible for inability to complete the program or attend a scheduled class if not directly related to the studio's scheduling.
