When:Commencing August 5th and ending 2nd September, the Winter Warm Up Challenge is a four week course, here to help you balance out the winter chills with movement that will help you feel more energised, improve your fitness, iron out any winter niggles and tight spots in your body, look and feel you best!

What: Our challenges are designed for you to join a welcoming community and push your physical and mental limits for the better. This is not a weight loss, calories counting sort of thing, rather we take a holistic approach to your wellness, providing you with sustainable movement that won't break your body, and guidelines and recipes for you to follow with Nat from the Herbal dispensary.

The challenge is limited to 15 spots.

Read up on our class styles, and map out your classes on our timetable on the Lifted Pilates App / Website. We will be adding in a couple of extra classes onto our timetable to meet demand for our challengers' attendance, as required.

About the Total Body Reset Nutrition guide:
This four-week online program is designed to give your gut and liver a vital break. This allows your body to reset, reducing inflammation for renewed pursuit of optimal health.

T&C's
1. The challenge gives you 5 classes per week, running Mon-Sun, at the end of each week, your 5 classes will expire whether you have booked them or not.
2. Because the challenge requires you to do up to 5 classes per week, if you are pregnant or in rehabilitation, this challenge isn't suited to you, however reach out to us for guidance and we can set you up on another pass
3. At the end of the 4 weeks, the challenge pass will expire, any unused credits will not be available for later use.
4. We will be unable to pause this pass for holidays or busy timetables
5. The pass is not refundable and not transferable 
6. This challenge is only running in Raglan, studio transfer is unavailable due to our Hamilton studios being at nearly full capacity.
7. We recommend booking your classes out in advance so that you don't miss out on your best class times, if our classes get full we will add pop up classes to the timetable as needed.
8. To be eligible to win our challenge package, the Total Body Reset guide must be completed between the Challenge dates, August 5th and ending 2nd September and all classes must be used.
9. There will only be 1 package winner, if more than 1 person completes everything we wil film a random name draw
