Join us on Sunday May 5 at 9a for a free educational workshop on FOAM ROLLING with Michelle Fleming. Learn about the benefits of foam rolling for recovery and taking your fitness to the next level. Foam rolling is an inexpensive and quick way to expedite recovery after tough workouts and decrease soreness. In this workshop we will talk about why and how to foam roll as well as learn by doing. Plan to bring your own foam roller so that we can spend part of the workshop foam rolling together including tips and tricks to incorporate into your new routine.
