Fine print

All contracts can be paused (placed on hold) for 10 weeks accumulative. This includes birth and postnatal recovery period- Any longer than 10 weeks cancellation policy applies. 2 week hold period minimum applies.
Contract lengths do not include membership hold periods

CANCELLATION POLICY- 6 month contracts continue for a minimum of 6 months not including a hold period (if taken). After the 6 month period, contract can be cancelled at any time.The cancellation fee before 6 months is 20% of the remaining membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY- Week to week contracts can be cancelled at anytime WITH 1 WEEK NOTICE. After informing Natural Birth Co of membership cancellation, direct debits will stop after 1 weekly payment cycle to conclude the week notice.

Membership debits occur weekly from sign up.

DISHONOUR FEE
$4.40- Please note this doesn't come to me, it goes to the merchant processor and unfortunately is necessary (I have tried to get it removed!).

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW
$5 fee for both. Class must be cancelled min 3 hr before the class. Within 3 hours of class start time you will incur a $5 fee.
