• You can attend unlimited class/payment cycle.

• Membership direct debits occur weekly from sign up. 

• Each 6 months your membership will continue to auto renew until Natural Birth Co is informed otherwise via our cancellation/hold policy. 

• Credit Card details must be updated via your booking software login, in the instance of a lost, stolen or expired card. Alternatively you can inform  Natural Birth Co of the new account details to update for you. 

• Natural birth Co is not responsible if members cannot use their membership effectively due to health concerns/limitations, natural disasters, or events out of our reasonable control. Cancellation policy/Hold policies apply in these circumstances.

• (Dishonour fee) $4.40 will be charged when a payment bounces- Please note this doesn't come to Natural Birth Co, it goes to the merchant processor and unfortunately is necessary (I have tried to get it removed!). 

Holds
All membership contracts can be paused (placed on hold) for 10 weeks accumulative per year. This includes birth and postnatal recovery period- Any longer than 10 weeks cancellation policy applies. 2 week minimum applies.

Cancellation Policy 
6 month contracts continue for a minimum of 6 months not including a hold period (if taken). After the 6 month period, contract can be cancelled at any time with written notice. The cancellation fee before 6 months is 20% of the remaining membership amount.

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW
$5 fee. Class must be cancelled min 3 hr before the class. Within 3 hours of class start time you will incur a $5 fee.
