in Psychology, MA in Holistic Health Medicine , combining the two modes of
thought to assist griever's on their road to recovery from all types of loss, guiding
them through a process of completion in order to heal a broken heart as well
restore the mind, body and spirit so they can live fully again. I have over 20 years
of experience working with adolescents to older adults.
The Grief Discussion Circle is intended to be a safe and therapeutic place for
grievers to connect with others, explore what in their life is incomplete and begin
to mend their broken hearts. Kristin will introduce a series of actions that an
individual can begin to start the healing process. Whether you have multiple
losses from the past, a recent loss or even a major change in your life this group
can be a great introduction for you to explore a new way to heal your life and
learn new steps to take as you work on your loss process.
