Class Cancellation Policy:
- You must cancel any class reservation more than 6 hours in advance to recover your class credit.  
- If you cancel less than 6 hours before the class or no show, you will lose that class credit.

Membership Fee & Cancellation Policy:
- The membership fee is billed continuously for a period of 12-months.  
- If you cancel before the end of your membership period, a cancellation fee equal to half of the remaining balance of the Total Membership Fee will be charged.

Membership Adjustment:
- We offer penalty-free pauses, upgrades, and downgrades.
