Title of Class: Faith in Flow

Class length: 45 minutes

On the first Sunday of the month, join this Christian based class to pause and focus on your personal relationship with God. Classes will begin with Bible scripture and incorporate movement and breath work reflective of the reading. Devotionals and reflection may be incorporated as well. Pacing of movement will be a mix of Hatha and Yin. This is a donations based class meaning no payment is required, but a non-perishable good to be donated to New Kent's Free Food Pantry is encouraged and appreciated!
