How to cumulate points?

- Attend classes : 10 points for 3 classes a week, 5 points per extra class.
- Walk/Run 70 000 steps a week : 20 points.
- Take a photo of you in a yoga pose outside : 10 points (+ 5 points if extra creative!).
- Hold a plank pose (and video it as proof) : 10 points per minute.
- Tag YQ in photos, videos, posts : 10 points per tag.
