The Pilates360 Flourish membership allows members to take 16 classes per calendar month, beginning on your first payment date.

This membership has an initial 3 months minimum period (“the initial commitment”) (during which time it can't be terminated and any pauses will be added to this term), thereafter it is a month by month agreement. It will automatically continue after the initial period unless terminated by you in accordance with our t&cs.

Our cancellation window is 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If you book a class and late cancel or fail to show up, you will forfeit the class.

The membership fee will auto-debit from your saved credit or debit card each calendar month (on the same date as your first payment).  If your payment fails, you will be charged an additional $5 Late Payment fee.

You can buy and book additional classes for only $33 each (normally $39).

Your membership may be paused at any time with 2 business days' email notice to info@pilates360.com.au, it can be paused up to 4 times per calendar year and for a total maximum of 8 weeks. A pause will add those days to your current month and your regular payment date will change accordingly.

Your membership may be cancelled effective from any time after the initial commitment with 2 weeks' notice by email to info@pilates360.com.au (i.e. to cancel after the initial commitment, notice must be given at least 2 weeks before the end of the 3rd month) .

If there is a payment due within the notice period you will be charged in full for the next month and there will be no pro-rating of any unused part of the month; however you can choose to terminate at the end of the next membership month.
