A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. Cindy Novelo will be guiding you through a 75-minute sound therapy session. Practice will begin with micromovements and a guided meditation before moving into the Sound Bath portion of class. 45-minutes of Sound Therapy will include a viola, singing bowls, shakers, guitar, and vocals. Sound Baths create a calming environment where you can tune out distractions and focus on feeling peace, relaxation, and tranquility.
