JD Pilates corporate classes are 45 minutes long, usually up to fifteen is recommended for our corporate pilates mat classes and a maximum of 7 per class for our corporate reformer classes, this is to ensure appropriate individual attention for each individual.
JD Pilates Instructors can teach a class of any size at any workplace and cater specifically to the working needs of your staff. If you have a space suitable for your group we can come to you at a time that suits. Alternatively we can host your class in our studio, the choice is yours.
