With this Community Initiative Fund option you become an extremely valuable supporter of our community initiatives and free classes.

This option is to donate monthly towards the community fund.  This will be set up as a direct debit for 12 months, but can be cancelled at any time.  

If you'd like to commit, but would prefer this to be for a shorter period, or for a different amount, we can change this for you.

Friends of FRESH

Is a pay it forward kind of membership, where you commit to donating a regular amount towards GIFTING wellness to others within your community.  

The Community Initiative

We built this space so that everyone could access quality services for their physical and mental health. Whilst we need to operate as a commercial business we run various free classes and events alongside to reach the wider community.

The Pledge

We (and the Friends of FRESH), firmly believe that we can widely change the way physical and mental health is viewed, that fitness and self-care will no longer be a luxury but a way of life for all.

Which is why we aim to offer one free class a day to a charity organisation, underrepresented group or specialist population.
