• If you are new to pole (or haven’t graduated into level 1 yet), you should ONLY be booking the following classes:

3. Pole Mix
4. FloorWERK
5. Stretch You Out
6. Flexy & Bendy
7. Choppers & Inverts (3-5 Intro to Pole classes are recommended before booking)
8. Beginner Poleography (3-5 Intro to Pole classes are recommended before booking)
9. Open Pole

In order to attend our level 1 and up classes, you must get approved by an instructor.
