Each class will require the following:

A clean Nogi outfit 

OR

A clean jiujitsu gi
a jiujitsu belt ranked for the student attending

Please make sure you are showered, prior to class.  All nails are trimmed (hands and feet) and cleaned.  Proper hygiene is required.  If you show any signs of illness please refrain from attending class.  You will be held accountable for your actions.  As per the waiver signed when creating your account.
