Drop In Class for Gi or Nogi BJJ Class

Each class will require:

A clean jiujitsu gi
or
Clean clothing for nogi
a jiujitsu belt ranked for the student

Please make sure you are showered, prior to class.  All nails are trimmed (hands and feet) and cleaned.  Proper hygiene is required.  If you show any signs of illness please refrain from attending class.  You will be held accountable for your actions.  As per the waiver signed when creating your account.
