If joining any of our SweetCheeks Classes please note you will need to bring your own resistance bands OR you can borrow a set of SweetCheeks bands to try at your first class.  If you do not currently have any resistance bands and enjoy the class and our SweetCheeks Resistance Bands, you can place your order by emailing us at info@aimeesinclairfitness.com. SweetCheeks Resistance Bands cost $45 for a set of 3 Fabric Bands OR $20 for one single Fabric Band.  

Please note: Class doors open when class is scheduled to start.  We will provide you with a keypad entry code to enter the facility.  Please do not enter until the time of your class.  You must be signed up online prior to being able to join a class.  There is no walk-in access to the Aimee Sinclair Fitness Studio.  Class starts 5-10 minutes after the scheduled start time.  This gives everyone time to go to their marked spot in the studio and get set up with ease.  So exciting!!  The entrance offers 2 areas that provide individual coat hooks, wooden benches, and cubby's for our clients.  If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@aimeesinclairfitness.com.    We are excited to see you in class!!
