Registration for 1 person to attend the Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy weekend training. If you are registering more than 1 individual, please complete separate registrations for each person attending.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
 
Registration fees for this training are non-refundable. Deposits and payments made on an installment plan are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated. Should you find yourself in any circumstance that prevents your attendance after you register, please reach out to Jennifer Rohn at jarohn@fullcircleut.com. We will work with you directly to find a fair solution, but do not guarantee any refunds.

Payment Options:

Registration fees may be split into up to 3 payments. First (deposit) payment is due at the time of registration with the remainder of the balance due by the workshop's end (select the payment plan option at registration). Deposit & subsequent payments are non-refundable if you do not finish payment in full or choose not to attend the workshop. By selecting a payment plan you are granting permission for your card on file to be charged according to the payment plan you choose, and the terms identified here. You agree and understand that you owe the full registration fee to be paid in full by the workshop end date, regardless of the number of installment payments you choose or the number of workshop sessions you attend.
