*All monies owing must be paid before membership can be cancelled
*Any payments owing in your 7 days notice will be your last monies deducted.
Can be placed on hold 2 x per year with a maximum of 30 days in a 12 month period. Additional holds incur a $10 fee
*Holds: start and end dates must be emailed to hello@pilatescartel.com.au with at least 48 hours notice.
*1 class can be booked online per day, additional class bookings can be made by contacting the studio

*Credit card (visa&mastercard) payments will attract a 1.5 % surcharge, if you would like to direct debit from your bank account to stop the credit card charges, please email your BSB and ACCOUNT number and we’ll update your payment details to reflect this.
