Our Teen Power Hour 6 Week Program will be a fun mix of self-defense, kickboxing, conditioning, games, and building community!
Open to ages 13+
Class times:
Sundays -  4-4:45pm
Wednesdays - 5:30-6:15pm

Program Cost includes:
- F&F T-shirt
- Boxing Gloves
- Hand Wraps
- Mouthguard

Cost includes Equipment that MUST be brought/worn to class:  Boxing Gloves, Hand Wraps, Mouthguard, F&F T-shirt.
