This series is designed for beginners or for those that would like to refresh their foundational skills.

During this progressive 5-week series, you will learn beginner pole spins and transitions around the pole. Each week we will also explore putting all your newly-learned moves into a mini choreography. After completion of this series, you will feel prepared and ready for Beginner Class and/or any of our “All Levels” classes. 

This class is a series - we will meet once a week for 5 weeks.
