Matwork Casual Pass

*To cancel a booking, you must do so 24 hours prior to commencement of the class. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur the below fees;
- No Show Fee: Forfeit the full class pass
- Late Cancellation Fee: Forfeit the full class pass.

By booking a class, either through WellnessLiving Website or Mobile Application, you understand you are giving permission for Core Defined to charge any relevant fees to that booking.  

Class bookings can be cancelled online or through the app by logging into your account and choosing to cancel the class. If this method does not work, please direct message or email Core Defined to cancel.  

Cancelling a class when you know you will not be able to make it is strongly encouraged as it allows another member on the waitlist to take your reservation.
