MEMBERSHIP
$250 per month. Entering our coaching program will give you the tools to live capoeira in and out of the roda. You will gain a much deeper appreciation for capoeira during the courses. There have been many leaders in the history of capoeira who have helped to influence the capoeira we practice today. Be a part of the team that helps maintain the tradition.

Members can train at all existing and future locations. All memberships’ access are in addition to our traditional capoeira rodas.

When signing up, please select the location that best represents your home base.

START-UP FEE
$50 per new student (returning students $100 restart fee). Included in the start-up fee, new students will receive one training shirt. Please email your shirt size to info@washingtoncapoeira.com. New youth students in uniform will also receive their capoeira cord. See our FAQ for more information about training uniforms.

***Please select the appropriate fee when signing up. Overdue start-up fees will be automatically charged at the end of your first month.

Joining our premier school is more than taking fitness classes - it is investing in your capoeira and your diverse capoeira community.

The pandemic is affecting all of us. Students in need of financial aid should apply for the William “Mugunje” Robinson scholarship program: https://bit.ly/MugunjeCapoeiraScholarshipApp. Scholarships prioritize under-resourced youth. Depending on funding availability, you may be eligible for a scholarship-funded tuition.

Online Waiver
The online waiver needs to be reviewed and signed before participating. Email info@washingtoncapoeira.com with any questions.

Uniform Policy
Youth and adult students are required to wear a school shirt with solid black, white, or grey pants. New youth students in uniform will also receive their capoeira cord. See our FAQ for more information about training uniforms.

Annual Calendar Schedule & Closures
Membership rates take into account the entire year calendar schedule. All locations are closed for most Federal Holidays and for Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break and Spring Break. Each break is 1-2 weeks depending on the break. The exact dates for each location may vary. See the calendar: https://bit.ly/WCC-Calendar.

Monthly Recurring Payment
All memberships are auto-paid and recurring monthly.

10-Day Guarantee for New Students
If you change your mind after 10 days, receive a refund of your membership payment (refund does not include start-up fee).

Non-Refundable Fees
Apart from the 10-day guarantee for new students, all sales including start-up fees are final and non-refundable. Please email info@washingtoncapoeira.com for any concerns.

Cancellation Policy, Last Month’s Tuition
Cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will have one more payment cycle. This is both a window of time to confirm your decision and also ensures the school’s staying open during critical times. Not coming to class does not count as notice of cancellation. Email your cancellation to info@washingtoncapoeira.com.

Pausing Policy
Pause your membership at any time for $10 per month and reactivate for free at any time, with prorated dues covering your membership when you come back. Not coming to class does not count as notice of pausing. Email your pause notice to info@washingtoncapoeira.com. Last month's tuition cancellation policy still applies if you need to cancel after pausing.
