We got you covered!  Join instructor Terri for a 3-week Beginners Yoga Series.  You'll gain knowledge and confidence to feel safe practicing yoga in any class we offer here at The Wellness Center.  Terri will teach you step-by-step process to get stronger, release tension and stress, and learn how to be friends with your body.  Your yoga journey begins here!
