Description
Use this pass to book your space in our beginner's yoga 4-park workshop this April! Each session will focus on different attributes to beginning your yoga practice with the fundamentals and foundational tools you need to be successful.
Learn breathing fundamentals, basic poses, proper alignment, and how to use props effectively in this purposeful flow for beginners. Learn the basics of sun salutations, the foundation of most vinyasa yoga classes. Learn basic proper alignment, common “yogi talk” names and descriptions of poses, and gain an introduction to poses. Each class will allow you to begin and expand on your new yoga practice with confidence!
During the first session, learn the names and purpose of the most commonly used yoga poses and how to set them up on your mat.
During the next session, experience a lite flow using the poses you learned in the previous session.
During the third session, experience a slightly harder class that incorporates hands-on instructor guidance to improve your form.
On the last session, join a different instructor who will help introduce you to the world of Yoga Nidra (sleep/relaxation yoga) and guided meditation.
