Our SOULIFT Unlimited membership  entitles you to unlimited yoga, Pilates, and barre classes for the life of the membership. This Membership requires a one year (12 month) commitment. It also entitles you to a 10% reduction in full price merchandise in the Company store, 15% reduction in SOULIFT branded apparel and merchandise, invitation to member-only classes and special events, and early access to workshops and other special events, and  first invitations to try our new programs.
The SOULIFT Unlimited  membership is a twelve month commitment and the credit card associated with the membership will be charged $128 each month for the next eleven months. After twelve months my membership rollovers to a month to month commitment.  SOULIFT reserves the right to increase the membership fee after the expiration of the 12-month membership.

If it is necessary to break the commitment at any point , the member agrees to pay a penalty fee in the amount equal to $150. The Membership can be terminated for $50 with proof of relocation over 30 miles away from the Company or with a physician’s orders. In such case, I understand that I must provide SOULIFT with a 30 day written notice emailed to grace@souliftflo.com if I need to break my commitment.

After my commitment expires, my membership will continue on a month to month basis until you advise us that you wish to cancel your membership. I understand that, by signing the credit card authorization below, that I am also accepting the terms and conditions of the Company Membership Agreement set forth in this contract.
