Move, Stretch, and Breathe in the fresh air as you listen to the waves roll in! This Gentle Flow will incorporate sun salutations, as well as traditional yoga poses to awaken the body.  Open your mind, build strength, and gently stretch to recharge and refresh. 

Bring large towel or blanket, water, sunscreen, sunglasses and hat. Be sure to bring credit card for the meter.

Class is held at Bonita Beach, main entrance near restroom building. Event subject to weather. Account credit if class is cancelled. Sorry no refunds.
