Mat Class can be used in the studio or on Zoom.

Pilates Mat Class is a great workout done on the mat working every muscle in the body, working in an efficient and focused manner. Joseph Pilates designed the exercises to align, lengthen, and strengthen the body in Pilates' unique way.

Some Small Equipment, such as Magic Circles, Hand Weights, Spine Corrector, or the Wall may be used.

If you know you will be consistent or want the incentive to be consistent with your workouts for the next TWELVE months, this package is for you!  If you plan on working out more than four times a month, this package is for you!

As a student who can come regularly and, therefore, part of the PPC Community, you receive a lower rate as a thank-you for your loyalty and consistency.   Any future special events or workshops will be offered to you first and at a lower rate.  Any additional lessons or classes you take will be at our lowest rates.

Four Mat sessions will be placed on your account monthly for TWELVE months.  PPC will charge your account EVERY month for the next TWELVE months, so you must have a credit card attached to your account.

If you do not use all four workouts in one month, up to 2 roll over to the following month(s).  You must complete all workouts by your TWELVE month expiration date, or they will be forfeited unless you auto renew.

After you complete your four workouts for the month, PPC will charge any additional workouts to your account at your membershipt rates.

If you must travel or have a busy period and cannot workout, you may place your package ON HOLD for a maximum of 6 weeks, which is not allowed for any other packages.  Your hold may be a minimum of one week at a time.  Call, email, or text the studio if a hold is necessary.

When your package is ON HOLD, PAYMENTS CONTINUE AS USUAL, and your expiration date is lengthened by however many days you were ON HOLD.
