The Lift with Leo series is perfect for people looking for more guidance and fun in their workout routines. The primary goal is increasing strength and muscle mass in the major muscle groups by performing foundational weight lifting exercises, lifting heavy, spotting each other and following the optimal work-to-rest ratio. Train alongside people with similar fitness goals as you push yourself in this social yet focused weight lifting class.
