Come join us this MLK Day as we come together as a community to experience the benefits of a Loving Kindness Meditation. This practice, and accompanied sound vibrations , will be infused throughout a mixed level yoga class. Any donations, small or big, will serve to provide lifesaving aid to those affected by the California wildfires.
**All donations will go to the American Red Cross and specify wildfire relief. Also note that any donation will be matched.
