Feel the difference in you practice! Correct alignment yields the most theraputic results for your mind and body. It is also crucial for the logevity of practice without injury or strain. 

Even the yoga happens between the seen and the unseen, our yoga is the tool we use to help us heal on all levels.

In this all levels workshop, we will begin each day with an extended yoga class then take a short break before a non heated workshop.

Saturday focuses on the standing postures, Sunday focuses on the floor series.
