Recovery Yoga is a gentle, trauma-informed yoga class for people recovering from substance use and mental health disorders, and trauma or anyone who has been impacted by addiction.  All are welcome!

Trauma Informed Recovery Yoga Workshop:   We suggest a donation of $50 to help support our program, but please don’t let cost be a barrier. If you're unable to contribute, we welcome you to join us for free. Your presence is what matters most!  (Workshop value $125)
