In this workshop, you will be given the opportunity to give yourself the gift of pause. The opportunity to be still, quiet your mind, and listen to your innermost self. The perfect preparation for upcoming family gatherings, holiday parties, and the beginning of the new year, we will honor the solstice, the darkest day of the year in our hemisphere, with a slow and deliberate Yin practice and extended savasana. The yoga portion will last for 60 minutes, during which poses will be held for around 5 minutes and supported by lots of props. The workshop will end with a 30-minute extended savasana in the Yoga Nidra tradition.
