This high intensity Reformer class will strengthen and stretch your entire body. This class is only for Pilates instructors and advanced clients who have been practicing Pilates for 3+ years. You must be able to efficiently transition on the apparatus and know the classical names of the exercises. Arrive 5 minutes early and come prepared to sweat and have fun! All NYC COVID precautions/guidelines are implemented in the studio.
