MEMBERSHIP FEES
$45 PER MONTH PER PERSON Plus applicable taxes. until cancelled. No cancellation fees. No annual fees. No Sign up fees. YOU MAY CANCEL MEMBERSHIP BY PROVIDING 30 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE**

This membership provides 7 DAY 24 HOUR access to JQ's BFit2 Gym.

Please select our 30 Day JQ's Gym option if you only wish to join for a single month.

**CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP.
Inform the club of your wish to cancel in writing please. A Text Message. An Email or Written Note handed to a member of staff are all acceptable.  Verbal notification MUST be followed up by Written Notification. Upon cancellation - the final months memberships fees will be processed and placed on your account. You will retain the right to use the facility until the end of your membership. Please note that there are NO CANCELLATION EXCEPTIONS.  The last payment will always be collected if it is due in less than 30 days.

CONTRACT AND WAIVER
All members MUST sign a contract and waiver. Persons under 18 years of age must have contract and waiver co-signed by parent or guardian.  Please read your contract closely for full terms and conditions.

CLUB ACCESS
A copy of your state issued ID must be provided to the gym in order to receive the link to our secure door access system.  Please email or call the club if you sign up online and require a link to the door app.

CONTRACT FREEZE
This membership / contract can not be placed on hold or frozen.
